brain food

quinoa is probably the biggest staple in my diet. its a complete protein and better for you than brown rice. its also super easy to make and you can toss it in with any salad to make it a filling meal. here are two of my favorite recipes that have been helping me get through these long days.

    So, I've started making Latin Quinoa: apple cider vinegar (a tiny bit), olive oil, tomatoes, onion, pinenuts, lime juice (a little) and sometimes tofu. Top with sriracha. It's delicious.
