why not share some with the metals community by contributing to wikismith.org. wiki-smith is an online collaborative encyclopedia, made by metalsmiths for metalsmiths. the idea is that it will grow into a valuable resource over time, because people will keep adding information. who is adding this information? well, if you know anything about metal then YOU should! it is really easy to add content and you don't even have to be a member. also if you see some information that is wrong, don't hesitate to correct it. you can add as little or as much as you like. why not try it right now? if you are reading my blog then you are probably just wasting time on the internet anyway. did i mention it is super easy...
metalsmithing is a craft that has been passed down through generations. and it is very important for all of us to continue passing the knowledge along.
wow, this is really excellent. the list of terms also reminds me of many a fond car trips playing dorky A-Z metalsmithing word games.
